They get on the bed and keep DH warm while I get ready in the mornings, and are allowed up to snuggle at other times... but with DH, me, and four doggies there winds up being NO room for me if we let them sleep with us. Just this morning I was sitting on the edge of the bed, with DH laying to my side and Zippy in front of me, petting June - who was on the floor. Finally, I said, "come on up June", expecting her to find an empty spot. But nooooo, she launched herself straight into my lap. I got to work and realized I was COVERED in Junie hair. I love dogs.
