Around here, accidents on private property will be responded to but not quite as promptly as those on public streets. Our auto insurance company at home and work requires a police report for all accidents or incidents. I backed into a teeny tiny little car that was right up my truck's butt in a parking lot. I never saw the darn thing and took out both the headlights. It was totally my fault but I asked the other driver if they didn't happen to notice my backup lights. My new SUV has the back up alarm so I don't have to worry about a repeat.
Paige, glad you're feeling better.
Happy Anniversary Cathy and Mr. Cathy!! Hope you have a great celebration.
We had a lttle cool front move through and it's only supposed to be low 80's today with lots of sunshine and wind. The humidity has dropped drastically and it feels great outside.
Steph, sorry about the work hassles. *hands over my chocolate stash*
Gabby had a vet appointment this morning. Routine stuff but she's so fearful at the vet I was dreading it. This new clinic is so nice. They took tons of time with her and she was fed treats the entire time by the front office staff, vet tech and the vet. Gabby was nervous but decided if these people feed you and don't grab at you and act scary, they just might be good people. The vet and I were talking about low stress handling and positive reinforcement. She told me they refer all their clients with fearful dogs to Dr. Sophia Yin's website. I wanted to ask her to marry me. :) They have Dr. Yin's DVD on low stress handling and all staff are trained in the proper techniques for working with fearful dogs.
