Angela, if you go to where it says "order" you should see a lock on the far right side of the URL.  That means it is a secure sight.

Anyone can put a lock icon up on a page. Look at the address bar in your browser. It should start with "https://" instead of "http://" If it doesn't have the s, then it isn't secure.

Maybe what you are saying is that your browser puts a lock icon up. But there are lots of browsers in the world, so the best way to tell is to look at the actual address.

Sending your credit card online is safer than giving it over the phone, provided it's a secure site. People can use scanners to listen to cell phones and cordless phones. They can't "overhear" you on a secure site. You just have to use common sense about who you give it to, both online and on the phone!

Oh, thanks Jean....you just taught me something.  Yes, there is an "s" there....

Has anyone gotten there toy yet?

Thanks for the info on a secure page!  I never knew to look for the "s" before! (Learn something new everyday [:D])
I just ordered 3 7" balls.  If they work out well, I'll go ahead and order 4 more for my other little heathens!
As I type they are all happily munching on RMBs.  That will keep them out of trouble for a couple hours!

I think they're pretty expensive if you ask me.  $50 for four balls is alot more than I'm willing to spend.

Alright, I was going to order one, but I can't get it to work. I thought maybe it was because I was in Firefox, so I went and tried it in IE, but that didn't work either. Is anyone else having problems with the site? I know it does say I can mail in an order form, but I know I won't remember to do that.

Kongs cost at least that much, and so do other food toys. At least, if they last more than 4 seconds.

Did anybody receive the toy yet?

I got mine! and luckily I got my dog too!

Unfortunately, Gracie isn't food driven. She never finishes all her food, except her raw chicken at night. Treats are viewed with indifference at best. So she just sort of looks at the ball like "Ya?" She is toy and praise driven. I'm going to try to find a friend to give the toy to and hopefully they will like it!

So far plush toys with lots of squeakers and rope toys are her favorites.

One of the girls I work w/ got one for her lab, the first day she got it she put a piece of the bacon in and he had it out in 4 min, so then she used small broken stuff and he wouldn't touch it , but then she put it in the yard and it kept him busy for over a 1/2 hour, so she is happy.

I ordered mine last week, but still haven't recieved it.  The mail hasn't come yet at work today, so i am keeping my fingers crossed!

I got a mini schnauzer, she is very small, her jaw opening is about 2" should I go for the 4"???

I think I'll pass. My big dogs would probably just swallow the 7" ball whole instead of bothering to try to get the treats out. Or the little way-too-smart mutt will probably destroy it the way she did her buster cube-- put it where the UPS truck would back over it. She hated the noise of the buster cube when she rolled it around, but she really likes food. I wish I'd gotten a video tape of her destroying her buster cube. The look of satisfaction on her face as the thing went crunch was priceless.
