Glenda, that stinks! Hope you get your wheels back soon!
Sharon, a lot of places that offer car washes also include an interior vacuum. Sounds like you don't need a full-on "detailing" (where they clean every tiniest nook and cranny, put protective sealant on things, etc.). Alternatively, it might be just as cost-effective to shop around for a heavy duty shop vac and clean it out yourself at home. Then, I recommend seat covers and heavy duty floor mats (the rubber ones with little hexagons are great for trapping dirt). That way, if you're not great about keeping the car clean, you can periodically just take out the mats/covers, shake them off, and get rid of MOST of the dirt.
I've been finally starting to get into wedding-planning mode... it's kind of overwhelming! That's been consuming my non-working time.
Related question for you guys: who generally pays for a "bridal shower" and "bachelorette party"? I've been asked to plan one for a friend who is getting married. Her sister and I are the only bridesmaids, and it's sort of a destination wedding, so we can't host anything at someone's house. Is it awful to ask bridal shower guests to pay their own way (like if we have it over afternoon tea at a restaurant)? What is traditional?
