Lisa I am so sorry about your Uncle who clearly was someone who led a very full life, Godspeed and prayers for you Aunt and your family.
Poor Riley!!! Give her a gentle kiss on the forehead for me.
Julie I hope Abbie is fine, you know they can pull muscles and stuff just like us
Julie I am sad to say that I believe the 'flatness' was due to the crash with his goldendoodle friend - it was horrific to watch and he's been attentive to that leg (the repaired one) ever since, not constant but he usually doesn't bother with it. Of course being who he is not even a hitch in his stride, so who knows. He is feeling better this morning and his lazy (for him) days mean he has been awake from about 4:30 am onward. He just stays on his bed but if you move, he springs to life - and when he springs to life any living creature in our home is waking up with him
Between the tail wagging (hitting everything), wiggling, whining, licking, all followed by his flopping around like a seal its hopeless.
I am sure he is going to be 'ready' for Duke this morning, more so than they will be ready for him!
I can't find my address book and apparently my contacts didn't all transfer from my previous phone. I discovered this as I started to write out cards last night. I got through the ones I know the addresses for then when on the hunt for addresses and gave up after about 40" of looking. Add that to the list of things I should get done today
