Do you all do maintenance contracts ? I love mine

No, we're mostly a commercial contractor.  The resedential customers we have are ones we've had for 30+ years so we don't want to just drop them.  Our commercial customers are almost all under contract. 

Callie, I was in the Miami area for a few weeks back in the mid 70's around February.  The weather dropped into the 30's and I'll never forget how big an event it was and rightfully so.  When an area isn't used to that kind of weather it is an emergency. 

ETA to clarify that we do have maintenance contracts for our commercial accounts but most of those get a monthly maintenance so no reminder is needed.  Boring, I know but for some silly reason I felt the need to make that clear to all of you who could not care less. lol

I do that anyway, we still have the stray flea floating around.

I know nothing of ringworm... but it doesn't sound fun.  Sorry you have to deal with it.  What's the treatment?

I love how they make all the plans and then inform me last.

Come to Vegas with us!  Nobody is coming to our house this year! 

I haven't been around here much...been crazy busy with work.  I hope all is well with everyone.

I'm in Palo Alto, CA this week for work.  Another one of those crazy 6am to 8pm workdays every day this week.  Its weeks like these that I'm OK with being a waged employee.  The OT is great.
