I don't know how we got on the subject, but I was telling FH the other day that there are places that you cannot get TastyKakes, and b/c of that, some members here have never had one. He was shocked! And decided that we should try and remedy this by going to Sam's, getting a big box or 2 of TastyKakes and sending some to people on here who can't get them.

So I told him I would post his offer. Cake

I know, it's super sad when people can't get TastyKakes... I usually will send them in swaps when we have them if I get assigned to someone out of the area. I'd be willing to help you spread the TastyKake love.

My sister brings me a good supply whenever she visits from Philly - yum!!! i do find them occassionally at Walmart.

*raises hand* No TastyKakes in Canada. But I have gotten them once in a swap and they are to DIE FOR! I nearly cried when the box was empty. In retospect, I have access to Wunderbars. LOL Mmmm Tastykakes

No TastyKakes in CA at least as far as I know ... but I did get some in a swap once that were to die for.

Those types of items aren't something I usually buy, so I'll have to see if any grocery store or walmart carries them.

lol.. I'm going to share a TastyKakes story with y'all.

A friend of a friend, told me this story, so straight from the mouth of the guy that had it happen.

He was in grade school and he liked this girl. He had the last tastykake and she wanted it. She offered to kiss him for the kake and he declined! because tastykakes are *that* good. ;)

I have no idea if they are here or not but not sure that I've ever had one either.

What exactly is a TastyKake? We don't have them in Canada (that I know of) and I've never had one, nor do I even know what one is! I'd gladly exchange for something Canadian....Wonderbar, Smarties, ....Ketchup chips I think you guys might not have?
