Yea for Friday!  It is raining, thunder lightning hail....supposed to do this for the next week!  Darn it's by birthday weekend and I will be stuck in the house so to make up for it I am taking 2 well deserved days off Memorial weekend so  with the holiday that will give me 5 days to finally get my garden in.

I have missed most everything that has happened in the last couple of weeks, Jackie I keep tryin to send you some rain but it gets so far and then comes back :)

Tina sorry you are have tooth problems...what's with the End of the World thingy...lol, guess I need to get my head out of my work for a minute and figure out what going on.   Glenda I am so jealous....your garden sounds awesome.  I do things the same way you do.  I may start out with a rake but...then I end up on my hands and knees what's gardening if you cant get really really dirty

Pshaw...notice I put "visit my 3 friends" before him.  I mean, who doesn't want to come and go at the same time?  He can wait until the hour before it's all over.

Nope, Ari can't come. They may allow dogs, but she would be a nightmare in that type of crowd. Sadly, one things we really did a terrible job exposing her to. We live in a very quiet town, surrounded by quiet towns lol and we didn't go out of our way to expose her to large groups of people. Something I regret now. It might not be too late for her to learn to deal with crowds in a fashion other than "OMG OMG!!! PEOPLE!!! MUST GO SEE EVERYONE ALL AT ONCE!" - but we need to start a bit smaller than the walk on Sunday

Sharon, that wouldn't be much fun then with Ari. I took Rex on a MS walk shortly after I got him and he was pretty overwhelmed by the huge crowds.  I kept off to the edge mostly but he didn't enjoy it at all. :(   He's much better now but it did take some time and exposure to crowds to get him more comfy.  I'd come up and go on the walk with you if I could. :)

WOO HOOO!!!!!  I just got called for an interview position at a bank very local to me. My interview is next Friday. I need to buy a suit for it. Maybe I'll see if my Mom wants to go shopping while I'm visiting with her (she'll say yes lol, she loves to shop). It'll be nice to be able to go with someone I can get honest feedback from.

I have a 2:30p appt at the dentist.  Let's hope for minimal pain and repairs.

The up side is that I get to leave work early on a Friday.

Kind of cloudy & dark here today....supposed to rain all weekend. Thats fine, as long as its nice Memorial Weekend! We're taking off at noon Friday and spending the weekend at our friends cabin. They have 5 labs and are in our dock dogs club, so we'll spend the weekend letting the dogs play in the water and just relax!!

Happy (early) birthday, Ginger.  Today is my sister's birthday.  Next weekend is my other sister's birthday and her twin step-kids' birthday, too.

I know I had more to say, but can't remember it.  Being pulled in a zillion directions today.  Not what I had planned.  *sigh*

Guys, for the last time, the world is NOT going to end tomorrow.  First off, I paid all my bills, and second, IT IS MY WEDDING ANNIVERSERY!!  The Universe would not cooking DARE!
