Tell him to toughen up some Cathy!!!     I get cramps/stitches in my hammies every once in awhile from working out....always have difficulty trying to work them!  I don't take supplements...usually just walk things off.  Sarah had the right idea....hot bath! 

LOL Johnny - at times I've thought "awww come on, do you really need to sound like a woman having a baby?" but honestly, if you saw the contracted muscle, you'd sympathize. Trying to walk it off wouldn't work last night. He got the cramp in one quadricep and was trying to get up and got a cramp in the other quadricep :(. A couple weeks ago, he got one in his upper abdomen/lower rib cage area and it was so bulged out that I thought we'd have a alien baby pop out .

Nothing exciting enough to report from me today. 

 Cakana, when that happens tell him to put some salt on his tongue and hold it there for awhile, always takes away my cramps sometimes I get in my upper thighs or feet.

Neigi is home from his dental.  Walking around like a drunken sailor.  He used the litter box right away, which is good....but in his drunken sailor condition he got himself a bit messy

This is a new clinic.  Today's experience was great and less $ than I expected 

 still hacking up a lung regularly not much else to report - I made it through the five hours but have a feeling it is going send me backwards.
