I have a new and updated bucket list of dogs I'd like to have.

1. Tibetan Terrier

2. Lowchen

3. Wavy black/white PWD

4. Bichon (from a certain breeder/friend)

5. Bernese Mountain Dog

1. Doberman Pinscher

2. Giant Schnauzer

3. Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier

4. Portugese Water Dog

5. Manchester Terrier

I'm pretty content with my breed. Maybe a bc one day. Maybe heh. It would prob have to fall in to my lap rather than me going to look for it. When I get old and slow down I may get a larger lower enegry fluffy lap dog, like a newf or a bmd.

We'll always have a Lab in our lives, but if we're ever in a position to have more than one dog at a time, my list would be:

Siberian Husky

Golden Retriever

Norwegian Elkhound

Rottweiler

Doberman

Chinese Crested

The hardest one to convince my husband to own would be the CC.

I'm only interested in German Shepherds. For DH/kids/family dog, a shelter/rescue mutt is fine.

I've only had a Dalmatian and currently Holly a Weimaraner. I love Holly and if all Weimaraners are like her I would love to have one always. In no particular order I would love to own the following.

English Setter

Irish Setter

Dachshund(long coat)

Schnauzer(Giant and Mini's)

Kim, I like a good bit of your list, although I'd swap the Wheaten for a Whippet. I also have a MAJOR thing for hounds - Black and Tans & Blueticks in particular.

Kim, I like a good bit of your list, although I'd swap the Wheaten for a Whippet. I also have a MAJOR thing for hounds - Black and Tans & Blueticks in particular.

I have told myself that someday when I am living a different lifestyle, I will have one of three hounds. I love the Italian Greys, Greys, and Whippets - I go for the sighthounds more than the scenthounds. They are the "later in life" bucket list. LOL.

Now that I have my Cavalier boy, I think I will always want to have one. Once I have my own place and can have more dogs, I am getting a pittie.
