Jackie, don't believe Johnny - you are neither old nor crazy.  The past few days, I keep getting error messages when I try to log in or post.  Sometimes the posts show up anyway and sometimes they're gone.

Deb knows that alcohol kills germs and she's practically got every germ in her body wiped out but has to keep up the maintenance dose.  She's taught me a lot about the benefits of vodka and I for one appreciate her for the fountain of alcoholic beverage knowledge that she so generously shares.  Just don't ask her for the last shot of vodka.  You can still see the mark on my hand where she smacked me.

eta for a typo.  you'd think as often as I type the word maintenance (at work) I would have caught that the first time around.  Don't say it Johnny. :)

 Just before the crash this morning there were 29,xxx visitors and 33 members on... just saying.

I'm home.  Did a couple returns on my own.  Dang, I need some qualifying brats.  Shoot, some of these people are getting 7 or 8 GRAND back, just federal!!

Glenda,  did you learn any good "tricks" or common things to check for on returns that would help those of us that do our own?  I think I'm pretty good at doing my own taxes but as the years go by, they get more and more complicated.

I scheduled sinus surgery.  I've still got a bunch of questions but unless there's something major that pops up, I go on Feb 8.  Similar to Julie's procedures but perhaps a little less.  I'm a wuss with pain so hopefully all goes well.  

Off to see what happened to Dawn's DH.  Good vibes being sent!

 when's the surgery? I'm sure yours will be much easier - I hope at least. Mine shouldn't be this bad, just that its not healing correctly.

Honestly, Nicole, Sarah is the pro.  And truthfully, the software does all the work.  Even doing TurboTax you catch plenty of mistakes.

You're brave. After all the horror stories Julie shared, I think I'd wuss out completely. I'm kidding of course and I'm sure it'll go smoothly and take heart in knowing they have amazing pain meds these days.

I went to the gym and the whole time I was in there, I kept thinking about getting a burger and fries on the way back to the office. I even worked out a little harder to counteract the amount of fat and calories I'd be taking in and then decided not to do it. Now I'm feeling deprived and hungry, even tho I ate my stupid Healthy Choice lunch. I hope I can find some candy stashed around here.
