Here we go again Tuesday talk

Sorry for rubbing in our great weather here.  I promise to moan and groan a lot this summer when it's hot and miserable. :)   The dogs had a great time at the park and are now taking their afternoon siesta.

Deb, you should send Jamison down here for the winter. I'll rent a 35' RV and we'll drive around town on the expressways going 35 mph looking for the nearest Cracker Barrel.   He'll be just like the other snowbirds that hit this time of year.  Send some shades so he doesn't get squint wrinkles. Big Smile  I'll send you Belle to keep you company while Jamison is gone.  lol

I totally forgot to say earlier that I saw a UFO again last night!  Really weird stuff!

Oh gawd, they are multiplying!   I think they have been sent as seeds floating across gallaxies by alien species, landed on our planet to grow, now to confund us and cause chaos and confusion as preparation for a future invasion by said alien species.

Oh, and if you try and shellac them, they will rot anyway.  I say, use them as target practice!!!

I was sure I'd find some funny street names in our local map directory but we seem to have mostly boring old names.  I did see that there's a street called Laf-a-Lot Lane.  :)  Must be hilarious trying to give someone that address over the phone.

     why am i hungry today?

I have the best internet friends EVER!! Thanks gang :) Sorry I couldn't update earlier, it was my first day of interning at my new school! (More on that later!) BUT Pirate seems OK today. FH took him in to the 'regular' vet and SHE brought up the moon cycle and how it seems he is seizing as the moon is coming into being full, which means it's probably out of our control. She did recommend moving his potassium bromide up some because it is already at a low dose, so I'll do that tomorrow morning. I also got a call into the holistic vet to see if SHE wants to add any other herbals but am waiting on a call back.

And Johnny I don't know what happened!!!

So, first day of interning at my new school! I'm in a 2nd/3rd grade split class. It was a little rough being in a new place, not knowing anyone or any of the kids! Luckily everyone seems really nice, except for the lady who's "spot" I parked it. Whoopsie.

Julie, aren't you hungry every day?  LOL.

Meg, glad to hear that Pi seems to be OK and the pesky moon cycles might be at fault rather than anything more serious.  Our trainer swears by changes in the mood affecting the puppers.  Glad your first day was good :)

Too many people are having babies.  I can't crochet that fast, people!

I'm glad Pirate is doing better!

Today is a puzzle toy day. I promised Sandy a walk to check the mail but the weather didn't agree with the plans.  So I broke out the puzzle ball that Maze got for Christmas from Timmy and the green toy that Sandy got from Sammy. Needless to say, I have happy dogs now. LOL

Hmmm, perhaps the reason I didn't hear about the job today is that I don't have phone service?  Our phone is through the cable company, a digital phone I think...and for a long time I just couldn't GET calls, now I can't make them either  But, we still have everything else, including internet and cable AND electricity so small price to pay.

They are threatening us with a Noreaster on Friday......avg annual snowfall here is 42 inches.  Ummm, hello??  We are already WAY over that.  It can be spring now.

Glenda - is there a phone you can use somewhere else and give them a call to let them know?

Only one hour to go but the afternoon has gone by at a snail's pace. Maybe I'll leave a little early so I can drive home in the sunshine.

I actually did try to call from the cell phone and didn't get an answer.  I suspect that a lot of people didn't bother to go into offices today since the weather was sooooo awful.

So, wedding blooper #1 - the place that we're having the wedding was kind enough to give us the images of a gorgeous postcard they had on CD to take to their printer and turn into save the dates. I had FH drop them all in the mail this afternoon and realized - WE NEVER CHANGED THE RETURN ADDRESS! Hahaha! If any are returned, they'll go to the place where we're having the wedding and not to us!!! Big, big, big whoops. No sense stressing over it now so I am enjoying the humor of it, LOL.
