Wow Cathy!  Talk about a slap in the face and a kick in the gut all at the same time!

Wouldn't someone REALLY like to bake me a loaf of fresh Italian bread to go with the pot of soup I've got simmering?  Shoulder is unhappy today and kneading isn't gonna feel good.

Yikes, Callie !!  That sounds super painful !  Hope you feel better soon !

I have had a fantastic couple of days !!  Starting on Thursday with Mumsie and Pop coming for a visit bearing stuffed cabbage and veal chops !  Yummo !!  Then on Friday, I went totally berserko when we got our SS gifts from Dawn.  On Saturday, Mr. W wrote our last mortgage check and we finally own our house !!  Yesterday we went to McCloones, which is the restaurant that hangs off our local OTB.  Not only did we have a nice dinner, but we had a very profitable night with the ponies !!

Tomorrow my pins come out and can hopefully be more independent and mobile.

On Friday my boss left a message saying to not come in Monday (today) because there wasn't enough work. Good that I have another day off but bad for my wallet! I've already had to put groceries on my credit card because my freelancing client owes me a big chunk of change. *sigh*

So anyway I got to take Sonja to baby story time at the library. She had a lot of fun. It's so nice to get her out and "play" with other kids. 

 holy crap Cathy, that's crazy. I'm sure that was not a mistake either. Count your blessings that you don't have to communicate with such a manipulative person

Wow - congratulations!! We just refinanced to a 15 yr mortgage this year and I was feeling good about maybe having it paid off before we die. Yay for you guys!!

This day is going by way too fast and I'm falling further and further behind :(

Just stopping for the oment to see if there are any emergencies -- I still can't open my eye.  This guy told me this morning it should feel "much better soon" -- LIE.  I called them back and this time was told it days "a day or two" and at this rate I'm going to have to have David driveme to the eye dr. again in the morning.

All the dr. cared was that it wasn't 'worse" -- it's not -- it's just not ANY better. 

Sorry if this is full of typos -- typing with both eyes shut cos light hurts. 

Someone want to pass me some cheese with all this whine???  Dang -- better yet just send it Fed Ex! LOL

Oh my gosh, Callie!  I feel so badly for you!  Take good care please.

Havent read threw everyones posts today because im bout to leave for a haircut but I did see that Callie has an eye injury so heal up Callie!!!!!

the last three days it has been snowing but nothing is sticking, Im really not fond of cold weather but the snow flakes are pretty. Ill be back on later after getting a haircut and running the puppers. catch you guys then and hope everyone stays warm and safe out there!

On a serious note, my co-worker is facing euthanizing his favorite cat Odie, who is in late-stage kidney failure, so some peaceful crossing vibes for Odie and sympathy for Jon would be appreciated.

Cathy- your niece could have just un-friended without that kind of nastiness.  Do you talk to your sister at all?  Geez, all I can think is "In the spirit of Christmas, I will friend you, then immediate unfriend you AND let you know I have no desire to communicate with you!"  What the hell did you do to this girl??  lol

 Sadie's old owner is coming tomorrow and picking her up he's going to find her a new home. A part of my heart is breaking at least I can enjoy my last night with her.
