Tootsie sleeps next to me, like another body, Sammy is under the covers at the foot and Dingo is under the bed.

Well I'm going to sound like the mean mother here.

During the day if I'm laying on the lounge resting watching tv Kane will jump up and lay down with me to get cuddles. At night time he sleeps outside usually in the middle of the yard on his back. He does have a nice big kennel and comfy bed but he onl;y goes into the kennel if it's raining really heavy. We did try having him inside but he wouldn't settle and he would push me or my husband out of bed, and a 43 kilo mal takes up most of the queen size bed.

Shakespeares favorite place to sleep has to be the bathtub. If he doesnt go in there he is usually trapped by the kids in their room. Ive brought him up to our room, but he doesnt understand get off the bed to well, especially since Sophia is allowed on the bed.

Sophia sleeps on the bed, usually at my wifes head or feet.

Shenzi sleeps in her crate. If not, she would try to get on the bed and that's a big no-no. When we're up, she'll either sleep at our feet by the couch, on her doggy cushion, or on DH's lovesac (she wasn't allowed on there but appropriated it for herself anyway). I hope to get her outside.

To SLEEP?? Alone?? Why would you do that?

I have six, count em, SIX german shepherds sleeping in my house, some on the bed, some on the sofa (because it's just STUFF and I care more about my dogs than stuff) some in their crates. Hmmm, maybe I am crazy.......

Lana usually sleeps on our bed. Sometimes when she feels snuggly, she'll lay right in our arms or right beside us. Usually she sleeps belly up or on her side. My favorite is when she lays beside me and uses the pillow like a person would ha ha

I must be crazy then too Glenda. I would not be able to sleep with the girls outside. I love to snuggle up with them right next to me.

This is a cute story. Just talked to DS. He'd been talking about taking Thunder back up with him when he went back to work, but didn't get up early enough on Saturday morning to get his supplies together. Yesterday, he bathed a little, very well behaved dog, and the owner gave him a $10 tip...which went right in his gas tank to drive home to pick up Thunder. So, he calls me tonite to let me know that he had to get up out of bed in the nite and get extra pillows out of the drawer because Thunder was "hogging" them all last nite. Not complaining mind you...laughing about how Thunder took ALL the pillows and how he had to get up and get more.....reminded me again that he's glad I always keep too much stuff in the motorhome!

If you are crazy than I am truly nuts, Romeo sleeps whereever he wants and on the nights he sleeps on his bed and I want to cuddle with him, well I just make myself comfortable on the bed with him and go to sleep. Well I use his bolster as a pillow anyway. And Mindy, used to go to sleep curled up on my stomach, which was hard for me if I wanted to move, once I heard her snore than I would pick her up and put her in the pillow next to me. [

Lizzie sleeps in her crate, in her own room. She likes to sleep belly up with her head kind of hanging down and showing her teeth, she looks like the dog from The Mask when she 'smiles' like that.

Its hilarious i'll have to take a picture of her!

I must be crazy too. I was at a party last week with one of the family's whose son I work with, and at the house we were at they had a dog out in a kennel, just in case kids were afraid of the dog. Someone asked me if I would leave my dog out in one of those at night, to which my response was, "No way, I would be way too cold if the dog was outside!"

Gertie sleeps on the pillow sham right behind my head. My dh gets so upset because when we first got our new comforter set I wouldn't let him sleep on those pillows and now Gertie has claimed them as her own.

Darci either in our bed on hubbys head stealing his pillow or in her crate, mind you she has her own pillow between mine and hubbys pillows which she rarely uses. lol
Egan in his crate, he's still potty training.
Both cats in the bed, one at my feet and one between hubby and me.

Harley sleeps in his crate. He likes sleeping on his back. Silly dog!
