Where and How does your dog sleep?

Panda sleeps in my room, he has his own bed I bought from Petsmart, during the day I drag it next to my bed, he usually used it but sometimes he will sleep on the floor at the end of my bed on his back, his body twisted and his head laying on something.

Under the covers in bed usually with her head on mine or DHs pillow... or on my shoulder... remarkably similar to how my Kayla used to sleep.

He only cuddles with me during the day if I'm laying down doing something like reading a book, at night, it's on the carpet at the edge of the bed or on his right next to mine. I once tried to give him a blanket, he bit it, dragged it to a corner, and came back to lay on his bed. O_o

Owen is always already asleep on my bed when I go bed, so sometimes I will just sleep on the floor, or else try to squeeze on the bed with him.  If I bump him, he'll get down and lay on my clothes, and let out a huge sigh!

I caught Panda on my bed like this once, but when I layed down he woke up and started licking my face and then he just hopped off and went to his corner. (Didin't have his bed at the time)

Max sprawls out sideways across the foot of our king size bed, using my feet for a pillow for as long as I can stand it before I have to move.

When we go to bed, Gypsy sleeps in her crate.  During the day, she sleeps in her crate (with the door open) or wherever she'd like on the floor.

Talus starts off sleeping in the bed, and then jumps down to his bed beside me....
During the day he naps anywhere he likes....
(usually on the cold tile in the kitchen or bathroom)

Tango alernates between my bed and hers throughout the night. I'm not really sure why, she's just always done this. She usually sleeps on her back or twisted in a bunch of odd positions...lol. Hard to exlpain really, without seeing it for yourself.

Bear starts in his own bed which is on the floor right beside my bed.  Throughout the night he'll move to my bed, then to the floor and back again in his own bed.

Zoe sleeps with my parents in their bed.  She has her own bed, but it stays in the livingroom so she can use it throughout the day.  Funny, she had a blanket too, but she would always drag it out of her bed before lying down.

Brown and Grey have beds next to our bed. Brown comes to bed with us, and if one of us goes to bed alone, he jumps in our bed. Grey sleeps on his bed during the day, but at night, he likes to stay on the couch. I guess he thinks he's guarding something. He will come to bed with us occassionally, but he usually gets up and heads for the couch sometime during the night.

Sofia sleeps on my bed with me, or sometimes next to and under the bed, under me. If she is feeling particularly possessive, (or if for instance, I just got back from a trip and she doesn't want me leaving her again) she'll sleep on top of my feet/legs just to make sure I don't go anywhere!

During the day she finds a spot close to me and sleeps. She loves to find little denlike places: under the computer desk, of course, under the kitchen table, and at work, behind the loveseat. She often sleeps on her back at home, looking quite silly, but never anywhere else.

    Queen size bed...picture this....

Self and husband, JRT on my pillow cradling my head, Corgi/Lab mix between self and husband, "Oki-mix" right below the Corgi/Lab, and a big, sweet Pitt/Hound mix at the foot of the bed.

Needless to say, we have messed up pack order issues.  But, I love my babies more than I ever imagined possible, and I will never sleep in a "fur free" bed again.

This is one thing Gingerbread really specializes in. [:)]

    He sleeps either:

*On my pillow, stretched out like it's a mattress or sometimes curled up.

*Next to me, laying on his side facing me with his head on the pillow. (Soooo sweet and cute) [:)]

*In between my husband and I, curled up with his head on one of our sides.

*Next to the wall, anywhere from at the bottom of the bed all the way to the top next to my pillow.

*On his back with all four feet in the air. Various places around the bed.

*With his back next to my back, leaning on me.

*Spooning, curled up with his back to my stomach.

*On the carpet next to the bedroom door.

He usually goes through ALL of those positions in one night. He's a busy little sleeper!

Meant to add that during the day he sleeps either:

    *Under the computer desk
*On the couch- usually using the armrest as a pillow; sometimes wedged in the corner.
*On a big tropical pillow on the couch, he's so small that it's the perfect size for a dog bed. He also sometimes (like right now) lays on the couch with his head on the pillow.

This puppy has the life! [;)]

Maddi usually sleeps in her crate (with door open), but the last couple of nights she's slept mostly by the door of my room on the floor.
