It just annoyed the crap out of me the way they demanded I "remove" them or they'd throw them away.  one of the reasons I GO to the same place is so my Dr. can compare with last years. 

I can understand this, but I can see the other sides issue. Storing records cost money, if the records or films were over the time that they are required by law to hold on to, I would think that offering them to you first was a courtesy that they really did not need to do. Hopefully you will find a good resolution.

There's NOT any notation at all as to range of dates -- that was part of what annoyed me since I'm back today for a check up "a year later" after an ongoing problem.

It was just the way it was handled as if it were simply trash and their astonishment that I questioned it.

I've had a lousy day, & now I'm loaded.  Goldschlager is good.
