We are keeping busy with homeschooling and it's going very very well actually. I'm quite pleased! 

Have a headache today, allergies perhaps?  Pollen is high here. We could use some rain to knock it down.  All it does here is fog fog fog all the time. Ugh.

Just flying by......busy with the boy today.

I have had a very nice, relaxing but productive day.

Well my day was alright up until my father started I just don't get why I get treated differently I don't know whats wrong with me that he treats me like you know what. I swear sometimes I just don't wanna have anything to do with him.

Hi all, I have missed you!  It would take me a week to catch up so I will just offer hugs to everyone.

We are finally getting rain here too.  Started yesterday, no storms just constant and steady... We were so hot and dry.  Got a good rain last week right before the kids came  home and it cooled down quite a bit.  It was wonderful having the kids and grandkids home with us for a few days.  Hot and Rock were such good boys.  They enjoyed all the extra rubbins but when we had the big cookout Sunday afternoon they went to their porch and stayed like they were told.   I had many people comment on how well behaved my boys were

Vacation is officially over and I go back to work tomorrow.  

I didnt catch what is wrong with Bev?  Is Buddy and Nikon not well?  Frisby and Aspen.    Oh man, I hate it when so many days go by and I miss what is going on.  And what is up with GabbyG???  Did Paige move or did she just take an exploratory trip?

Buddy is OK, he's just getting old.  Lies just posted in General Chat about Nikon...go read and wish her and Nikon happy birthday.  We've missed you too!

 Its funny how some things work out - DH was in a bad place with regard to the never ending house repairs and upkeep and Bugsy was driving us both mad.  Can dogs go through adolescence at 5?  Tonight he went into the hall closet (opening the door by himself) and found my stash of stuffies.  Put it this way they are all dead.

So we were just finishing dinner and we see a black dog at the back windows..........it was Izzy, Bugsy's girlfriend. Yippeee!! So Bugsy got to have a play date and we got to commiserate with her owner who currently has no cars because his and his wife's had issues this week.  He & DH cried into a bottle of wine and had a few laughs and everyone's evening is better.

Awwww geeze!  Owwwwwie!

sis was out for a run with some friends this afternoon.  This would be my 63 year old sister who has MS but still runs with her friends several times a week.  She tripped on a bulge in the sidewalk and broke her darned arm at the elbow.

Good thots for her would be appreciated.

oye!   Something about that age this week.  My 62 yr old friend was the one who helped me unload my couch and mattress, instead of my 15yr old althete nephews... Feel better to your sister, Glenda!!  Hope it heals without complications.

If he just figured the door out at 5, be thankful.  Be very, VERY thankful!!!!  Bevo figured doors out at around 7 months.  Cher figured them out a few weeks ago.  Shortly after Bev figured out how to open doors, he let himself into my china hutch to get a toy that the ex had hid in there.  He broke 3 pieces of my great grandmother's china, but he got the toy.

Have you ever wanted to ask a somewhat disturbing question but didn't because you didn't want people to think that you were more "cooked" up than they already do?  I'm battling that right now....

I had a pretty productive day, housework-wise. I couldn't work because DH had that stupid meeting. I went through all of Sonja's clothes and boxed up anything that doesn't fit. I'm having a garage sale on Saturday to get rid of everything she's grown out of. I've never had one before and I'm a bit nervous. How much change do you think I need to start with? I suck at adding up in my head, I'm definitely going to be using a calcamatator. Oh crap, I just realized I don't have many bags. Oy!

I rarely read the mindless chats but had some extra time tonight and thought I'd take a look. Daisyprincess, I just wanted to say that I hope you're okay/feeling a little better. We don't get to pick family, that's for sure. I'm sorry you have to deal with a parent treating you differently - that's got to be hard. If it helps any, I think every person alive has difficult family issues. *hugs*
