My dog with similar background has been the heart dog of a lifetime, and I suspect that had I not just gotten a new Aussie pup, this black & white girl would be way high on my list to grab LOL. • Sandra TH Posted : 3/10/2006 1:33:18 PM She looks more like a spaniel to me, too.  Reminds me of the springer spaniel my neighbors had when I was growing up.  He was such a great dog!   Roxy loves all dogs, as long as they want to play, play, play!  I'm more worried about Tanker's reaction, as he never likes any dog the first time he meets them.  I think he may feel the need to prove his dominance with other dogs, then he is fine (with most dogs, anyway- he doesn't tend to like dogs bigger than him or GSDs or huskies, for some reason).  I'm hoping that because Dolly is smaller and female he will except her.  He was fine when he met Roxy, but she was only a pup...   I'll just have to let things play out- I'm a big believer in fate. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
