Ok, now I'm understanding...I wondered why I heard "boos" when they were showing the Dobe.  That article said the PETA dummies did their protest then, so it was the crowd booing them.

I loved that Dobe.  I don't know squat about conformation, but man, CJ is drool-worthy!!

I was rooting for the boxer but I'm partial.  This may sound silly but for those of you that watch, do you try to get your dogs to watch too?  I tried to get Bella to wake up for the working group so that she could see Scarlett but sleep was more important.  When they were showing the terriers I told my Jack Russell he should pay attention so that he could see how well behaved they are.  He just growled at me and went back to sleep too!

 PETA = People Ethically Terminating Animals.... i may not agree with a lot of aspects in the kennel club world but i'll support them before i'll support those nut jobs.

Hey, did anybody see PETA crash Westminster?? I missed it, but they just played it on the news. I guess they held up signs that said "Mutts Rule" and "Breeders kill shelter dogs chances".

  Does anyone else find it interesting that an organization that kills over 95% of the animals they take into their shelter (dogs, cats, small pets, livestock) now has a campaign where they are trying to put the blame of killing shelter dogs on others?

Interesting, no.  People driven exclusively by zealous emotion with no regard to logic, perspective, reasoning, or respect for fellow humans are disturbed, imo.

 I took Simba out when I saw the Staffy coming out. He was just all "Okay lady, let me go back to sleep." hehe!
