Oops, I forgot to watch that South Park. I hope they rerun it. I love Cesar and I think it's a shame that something so horrible happened to a dog at his center. It does sound like he had at least one bad employee.

Oh, that's bad..... but then again, I'm not surprised.

This is interesting. . .I've always liked his show and watch it when I can.

However, there have been a FEW times when I thought  he was being too hard on the dog.  I'm not saying his techniques didn't work, but just thought I might be uncomfortable if he was doing some of those things to Willow.

i dunno i think hes really good at what he does and is there prove  that he did it things just dont add up

He is reponsible for the actions of his employees, that's part of owning a business like that. I highly doubt that there was just ONE employee involved--it makes me wonder if this was the first dog to have such methods used on them at that facilty.

I just want to know what kind of moron thought that hanging a dog by a choke collar and forcing it to run on a treadmill was a good cure for fearfulness...
    • Gold Top Dog
but the owners put the collor on the dog
    • Gold Top Dog
The facility's workers allegedly placed a choke collar on the dog, pulled him onto a treadmill and forced him to "overwork."

Yes he's responsible for his employees..but notice he did not DO the actions described. I am sure lots of 'haters" will jump on this as proof that Cesar is basically the anti christ of animal training and that's truly sad. But ya know...I am sure the firms that emply people who later prove to be pedophiles or thieves are also evil people who would do the exact same things themselves right?...

One fact being missed is that the client is a high profile TV producer who has a show out on the air currently...what POSSIBLE motive could they have for filing the suit now...I wonder. Hmm filed 3 months after it happened...hmm...

Maybe Cesar will learn that it's not really worth the backlash to work with "famous", publicity seeking, ;people's animals. And also learn not to take on more clients than he himself can personally oversee the training of. Again I hope the dog is okay...but as for it's owner? Well I can guess at their motives with this...

I am a big fan of  Cesar!    ITA with you, I believe there's more to this story and remember you can't believe everything you read nowadays.    $25K seems pretty steep for a vet bill.  Possibly this person is trying to ruin Cesar for his own reasons and of course get into Cesar's "deep pockets".   JMHO
    • Gold Top Dog
Well, don't get me wrong, I like him and the show.

And, maybe the client is looking for publicity or whatever, but they didn't "make up" those symptoms the dog had.  Someone did something they shouldn't have.

Double posting, I deleted this one.
