Some people are so stupid

Um... I'm thinking drugs were involved or the parents were at least not in the room when the baby was screaming.  Maybe they left her in the floor and didn't want to fess up?  The whole story sounds fishy to me.

    Poor kid.

I am too upset by this story[:@][:@][:@

The easy escape goat is the dog, look at the parents... this reeks.[:'(]

i have a feeling they were either in the room or at least in the house, and simply ignoring the cries of the baby, alot of people are still under the impression that it is ok to let a newborn "cry it out" which has been proven to be the worse thing to do for young babies. my guess would be these parents were doing just such, due to plain idiocy, drugs, who knows.

i have got to stop reading this post. i can see my 1 month old from where i am sitting and just imagining....it's making me tear up. i cannot even describe this feeling, but those who have or have been around babies know what i mean.

I have to say this is a prime example of the news at first making it sound worse then it was, when they finally mentioned the age of pup I cried. Tragic, just tragic. Those poor poor babies.

I thought more and more about this and I feel to a degree this is going to be used 2 ways, the first and saddest is that it will cement the fear that pit bull types are "blood thirsty" from birth and on the other side of the coin it will get "blame the owner not the breed". Either way, both the child and the dog lose.

Lock the worthless parents up and spueter the both of them, take that precious infant and adopt her to a loving home with parents who care more about a child than whatever it is these parents cared about, and find a loving forever home for the pup

    You could be my sister.

Idiotic parents, idiotic breeder, idiotic press for calling it an attack and concentrating on "pit bull." Idiots seem to congregate.

In some cities, you have to have a license to even own a dog. But anyone with a few drinks and a late night can have a child. I also wonder, if they were financially challenged, what were they doing getting a dog? Taking care of the baby will more than challenge their finances.

Meantime, the kid is traumatized, the puppy is traumatized, and the parents are probably more concerned with themselves, otherwise, this situation wouldn't have happened.

Oh, this has an episode of "Cops" written all over it.  The "parents" are probably meth heads who were asleep after a three day binge.
