MIL has passed on

We just got a call from the nursing home that MIL had passed away in her sleep. She laid down for a nap after lunch and never woke again.

We'll be leaving for ME very shortly. Prayers for safe travels would be appreciated.

Prayers for safe travels, definately. Rest in peace...I pray when its my time, I go in my sleep as well.

Aww Glenda -- my sympathies to your husband and to you both, but that is a wonderful way to pass - gently in our sleep.

I'm so sorry Glenda. I know this is never easy but I'm so glad that Todd was able to visit her recently. Hugs and safe travels for you guys.

Me, too. It doesn't seem so when you are grieving, but to go this way is really a blessing. No pain, no fear, just sleep... Will be thinking of you both. Drive carefully, and if you need anything while passing through Mass., email me.
