I'm so afraid right now.....

It's really cold here this morning. Cold and crisp. Was 7 when I went out to the bathroom. Because it's still winter and pretty danged cold, we haven't filled our fresh water tank and are using the bathhouse for certain toileting needs (that goodness I'm predictable on that one) and for our showers. The tanks have plenty of antifreeze in them so that I can bring water in, heat it and wash dishes in the RV, and also not be afraid that the holding tanks will freeze up, but don't want to chance the fresh water. We're getting into a nice routine, but not a real schedule yet. That'll come in time. But, the dogs are bothered far less than I am by the lack of a real schedule. Of course, the routine includes a couple hours walking two or three times each day. Today was a late morning (another nite of heavenly sleep!) so probably just a couple walks today. My legs should tone up pretty quick with all this walking! That's a very good thing! And no choice now...can't decide its too cold or too anything and not take the romp.......and DH is getting some good exercise as well...and he's always tough to get motivated.

Glenda, I'm glad things are looking up a bit.  I'll bet the reason you're sleeping better is because the thing you were fearing the worst - the thing that had you tied up in knots - having to pack up and get out on such short notice "happened" and it turned out to be not such a terrible thing after all. Now, everything will start falling into place for you. Smile Fingers and paws still crossed here.

Gosh, I hope stuff falls into place FAST!  But, as far as the worst happened, yep, and man, it's nice to sleep soundly again!

Just keep counting the blessings you can.

And keep in mind, warm steaming poop isn't so bad when it's really cold out.  Dog

LOL!!  Carrying that warm bag sure makes me walk a bit faster, thats for sure!

We've been getting temps in the 30's the past few days, but gosh, the nights are still getting bitter.  I've learned that I need to go over to shower about mid afternoon when it's warmest so I don't turn into a frozen treat on the way back!

Today I brought the shop vac in and literally blew out the fur.  Looked like a small animal was skinned outside the door!  But, it's nice to have a somewhat fur free environment at least for a few hours!

Glenda, I'm glad things are better- crowded but better.  :)  Glad, too, that you're out of that stressful situation, and that you are sleeping so well (and, I jealous over that one.  LOL).
