It's really the pits when something interferes in a big way with your normal routine. Because this has been such an *unusual* case of sciatica for me I wanted to make sure there wasn't a growth or something broken .... Beginning to see it coming back to normal -- I still can't walk more than 10 feet without it cramping big time. But I *am* able to at least SIT for a couple of hours and not have it cripple me.
