Of the trainers mentioned by the OP the only one I think worth his salt is Ivan...but that's just my opinion.

I participate in SchH, PSA, some Ringsport...happy to chat about it with you.

I completely agree, and would add that if you are interested in positive training for Schutzhund, investigate Balabanov, Shirley Booth and Steve White (police K9 trainer with 32 years experience)

Do your self a HUGE favor before choosing any one trainer or training method. Watch several trainers work over a few days, then choose the one that you *like* and can see *actually* works. Don't just take a "trainers" word...that their way is...best. Good luck.

I am wondering if you guys are into schutzhund.

I've dabbled in it, but my schedule prohibits me from devoting as much time as it needs for the sport, and obedience is my main interest so I focus on that for now.

It does not matter if is here, general chat or the pizza forum, if we start again discussing this we are going to finish bad (just like every single time this subject came up) let the OP to use his/her brain and fingers and use the "search" option, that way we dont have to do this all over again, we know what each person thinks about him, what if we just pm the OP if you really want to say what you think without ending like we always did when we were discussing it in a thread [

Let the OP like i said, use her brain and search for it, if being "lousy trainer" gives you a TV show, fame and money then this is a great country, i'm going to be "lousy" too to get my millions and buy 42 acres in Cali

So i would have to disagree with Angelique this time and i think this thread should not me moved because that will just make it worse

My "youtubes" as you call them are the equivalent of your clickertraining.com all over the forum too so we are even in that department but at least i dont talk bad about it or its trainers

If you want the OP to dislike CM send her a pm and rant as much as you want and everybody will be happy that way, you know how this is going to end, shall we continue then?

Anne and I may have our differences, but neither of us believe in censorship. It's good to respect this section for discussion without harassment, as it is to respect the clicker section.

The politics of dog world (Cesar or no) need to be discussed on neutral ground, gloves off, and a break stick and hose at the ready.

Although, I just may opt for the popcorn, a stiff drink...and who is it who has weed? [8D]

One of the problems with my magical powers is that I haven't had time to read the 8000 page instruction manual yet, and as such, don't really know HOW to move a thread.

Lets do this, for now, and I've already passed the suggestion on to Kelly.....lets just take the gloves off HERE and get it over with. State your opinion WITHOUT personal attacks and I think we'll be ok. Yes, this area IS for those of you who enjoy Cesar, but for this one thread, how 'bout we just go for it? But, no crying foul about those who DON'T agree with you......we can sort of a little bit suspend the rules for this thread and this thread only.

Now, I'm gonna go pour myself a good stiff drink...................
