I need help with this... (Aggression)

Another success! We met the other dog (Zues) that caused Max to go nuts earlier. I asked the guy to hold his dog while I let Max off leash (I asked him if he minded first of course). I then asked him to just let Zues go at the same time I let Max go. They met in the middle, and I thought all heck was fixing to break loose. Max started growling and barking. Zues was kind of crouching down, in a submissive manner. Then he laid down on the ground. Max looked at him like "Aw, you're no fun." Then he sniffed him. The Zues then got up, and Max actually let Zues sniff him! Max always stayed between him and me though. If Zues even looked as if he was going to come toward me, Max cut him off. Then the peeing war ensued. Same thing as with the first dog, except this was on the same clump of grass. Zues peed on it first, and Max looked at him like "How dare you??!!" Then Max peed on it. Then Zues peed on it. This went on until Zues gave up. [sm=lol.gif] Then they all played and chased Max's Cuz. And Max ran and got in the "creek" (more like a nasty drainage ditch).[:'(] Man he stunk! He still smells like wet dog.
