You have to regard any information on a commercial website with a grain of salt ( more like a bucket).

I wanted to add that I just emailed Nature's Logic to see if they could send me a complete nutrient analysis of the food (kind of like the ones that Nature's Variety has on their site under every product). I'd be interested to see if they will send it, or if they've even analyzed it.
I know the owner of Nature's Logic. His name is Scott Freeman. He is also the nutritionalist that helped create NV and Wysong. He left to start his own company, as he did not believe in synthetic vitamins.
At one time I had a client who was a vet. She needed to know the copper levels on the lamb and the amount of mercury in the montormorillonite (she's a wierdo) anyways he answered me back within the day.
As for antibiotics and probiotics in the food. I believe they are there to help the dog absorb the whole food ingredients, as they are not using synthetic vitamins. I'm not a vet or a nutritionalist, but I from experience, I can say that my dog digests this food better than anything else. At one time I thought that he was intolerant to chicken, but I can feed him NL's chicken without a problem.
