Again, I'm sorry you were offended by my comments and/or actions on the forum. We appreciate your participation. This has only been the third time in as many months that I've had to do this, and everyone has been very understanding that it's not that big of a deal.

We address this issue on the Forum Rules page, which is at: http://www.royalcanin.us/forumrules.html
I've quoted two sections below...

"Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email at forum@royalcanin.us. Do NOT respond to the message with any further comments."

and...

"Please direct all questions or concerns about the Discussion Forum to the forum administrator, and not to the forum at large. "

Of all that, it's the p.s. that bothers me. He's asking about the acronym for my workplace that is in my signature on my e-mail. Why?

Thanks for the compliment; it's a clearer picture than the old one. It's creepy that he's asking about that; I wonder if it's a subtle attempt to annoy or intimidate you to discourage you from posting on the forum.
