You have every reason to be proud. I enjoyed reading her blog and she seems like someone with a lot of spirit and heart. Great spin on veggie recipes too.

Well.....is it just me or is it hard as hell to find the vegetarian sections of grocery stores?  I was so mad today I gave myself a headache.

It is extremely hard. Especially in a small town. You have to read labels very carefully. A lot of items, especially vegetable soups, have chicken broth. I got excited when I saw some mushroom gravy, but I read the ingredients and it had beef in it.

Those little 100 calorie Hostess cupcakes have beef fat in them!!  I was SO bummed out.  I almost still bought them, LOL!  But, I wasn't sure if they would bother me because it's been so long. 

You've got me almost drooling here Lori....Thanks!  I haven't had anything sweeeeeeeeeet (or processed) since 2009!!!  I don't even like shopping anymore cause of all the yummy stuff I have to walk past.

On the bright side I made a vegitarian lasagna the other day and IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!  I absolutely loved it!

Aw, we have an 'organic' section in my grocery store that has a lot of vegetarian stuff. Do you have a wholefoods near you?

In Canada, we usually have fresh produce sections in our stores. They are generally easy to spot. ?!

teeeheee. I kid. I kid.

Seriously though, I make one kick a$$ roasted veggie lasagna.
