Too Little?

Oh, I wasn't at all saying anything bad about your dog or anything. I just thought it was interesting, because after you said that, I was thinking Jaz must be more Am Staff than APBT, but then I found those pics, and figured I'd post them.

My sister only has one pit, and like I said, he's from a guy in Baltimore who had several 5 week old puppies in an empty 10 gallon aquarium. Jaz is certainly not show bred. And yeah, definitely over sized. His ideal weight is around 75 pounds, and he's probably 21 inches at the withers. So he's not HUGE, but bigger than the standard.

And thank god for that!I hate the cropped ear look,i wish they would ban this barabric practice [&:] [:@] I mean what is the point,other than IMHO to make them look meaner and uglier??

If your worried about her weight then you can always take her to a vet just to make sure everything is alright. Then you can tell everyone who thinks she's to thin that the vet already check that.

I think that expecily now people overfeed their dogs and breed for bigger stonger buff dogs. When a nice healthy slim dog comes walking down the street people just don't know what to think. I get the whole "your dog is too thin" all the time but as long as I know I'm feeding my dog the right stuff then I try my hardest to ignor them.
