    Peticure?

I saw them on TV a couple weeks ago and I want to get something like that for Bailey. It seems to much better than cutting them, is Peticure any good? They are the only one Ive heard of so I dont want to get it if its not going to work.. they arnt cheap. Anyone know a good one to get online?

Own it LOVE it...I bought the corded model since my pack is too large for a battery to last.  No nail dust, very little vibration and quiet !!  I worried it was underpowered but it isn't there is a slightly different tech to use.

I saw this on TV before I had my puppy and thought it was great. I am soo getting one though because it seems perfect. And my pup is always scratching me (by accident of course). I'm going with Bonita's opinion :)

There is also the Pedi Paws  http://www.pedipaws.com/  Looks like the same thing only cheaper. The Pedi Paws comes only in one model which is suppose work on all size dogs and cats as the Peticure has I think three different models for different sizes pets.

I don`t have either the Peticure or the Pedi Paws so I don`t know if one works better then the other. I just have a plain old dremel with no guard.

I own a Peticure and have used it on Jake and Juno- I love it!

If your dog doesn't mind the noise, it's an easy, wonderful tool to use.

I've used it a couple times already and haven't cut any quicks.

Just ordered the corded model. I'll let you know how it goes!

I just use a Dremel if it works as well as that then I'd say its a good investment.

Yes, I've noticed that dogs don't fuss as much as they do when they get their nails trimmed with pedi paws.

my dogs seem to be more comfortable with the peticure. it's really nice to be able to 'work' the nails down to where they're supposed to be, especially on my big dog, Sheba, her nails are really thick!!

Why not just buy a dremel?

i really like the guard on it, so that if you need to you can set it down whil it's still on, also almost all the dogs i've used it on have sniffed it.  So it keeps doggie noses safe :)
