Groomer Has It

Can anyone tell me who went home on the last episode of Groomer Has It?? I missed it again and can't seem to catch it when it's on repeat! 

Kathleen. She didnt have kwik stop with her and told Artist she had some. Artist cut a dog's toe nail and quicked one and neither one of them remember to tell the owner. So Kathleen got to go home.

 Border Terriers, hand stripping, AND I agreed with who got sent home? Perfect. Episode.

Artists dog looked the best and Jorges excuse that the dog was a puppy, come on the dog was 2. 

Artist won!!!! Yeah. I actually cried when he started crying. 

I'm so glad Artist won!  Woohoo for the underdog! 

 I cried too!  Glad to hear I'm not the only softie!  His little boy is so adorable, I really really started pulling for him when he said his son wanted to live with him but he couldn't afford it, and then to find out he buried his brother who was killed during a drug deal gone wrong right before the series started?!?!?!  OMG!  I was just sooooo happy that he won.

I will say though that I think giving Jonathan the dog that had been partially shaved was wrong.  I think the dogs should have been as similar as possible for the judging to be fair and a dog that had been shaved like that probably wouldn't have been shown.

NONE of those dogs were show dogs. They were all in pet clips, except maybe the Labs, LOL. The Lhasas were definitely pets, as were the terriers and the Maltese. I can't remember all of the dogs they groomed, but.... not show dogs.

It was totally unfair, though, to give him a half-nekkid dog to groom.

 I thought that too, but they said "show dogs" like ooh la la, and then when I saw the dogs, I was like, HUH?   They (neither of them) certainly didn't do traditional breed grooms for the breeds they were given.  I've watched enough shows to have seen that.  That was a let down, I would have liked to see a traditional poodle clip (Continental, I think it's called) and some of the more "challenging" show clips, even if it meant fewer dogs.  I wish Artist had left off the blue blip on the tail, I thought that looked dumb on an all white dog.
