Rainbow Bridge

The Rainbow Bridge is the theme of a work of poetic prose written some time between 1980 and 1992, whose original creator is unknown. The theme is of an other-worldly place to which a pet goes upon its death, eventually to be reunited with its owner.

    Jen--I had missed this, I'm so sorry.  I saw the post about your new dog and just put two and two together and came here to check.  I feel like I've "known" Mille for so long.

    I'm so sorry about Millie!  I think you made the right decision, as hard as it was!
    She is happy and well now!

    I'm so sorry to have missed this thread.  My life is a bit chaotic at the moment so that's my defense.....
     
    I'm so very sorry for your loss.  It's never easy, no mater what, and having to make the decision is truely agonizing.
     
    Millie is happy, healthy and whole again, and romping free with all her new friends.

    Jen, I just caught this, and I'm very sorry about Millie.  But, I think that she and Dancer might just get along very well till we get there...
