It's not for me to decide the punishment, that is not one of my "jobs" here.  If a situation or a member on this forum has upset you in some way, please feel free to contact a mod or an admin to discuss it.  That's what we're here for.

What's up with all the recruiting efforts to leave this forum and join another..........like chazhound?????

There was a recruiting drive?  I'll go but only if I get to be a pilot.  I've always wanted to be a pilot.  What?!!? I have to drive the generals car?  

 Where are these efforts?  I feel left out because I never got to burn my draft card.

The person who emailed me to look into Chaz certainly didn't bash this forum.  TBH though, at THAT time, it was hardly necessary to bash this forum.  I think lots of people migrated from here at about the same time.  Many of us post both places.

I think it is one thing for someone you are in contact with to drop you a message saying "hey, this other forum is cool too" and ENTIRELY another to receive something unsolicited. 

I was just told that links of the comments can be provided and I am hurt because I was also told that a member specifically said I was not liked.  Is banishment the punishment?

Do you really care that someone, or likely more than one person doesn't like you?

Not everything in this world revolves around you!!!  Get over it!

I sure can post in more than one forum...and even moderate in more than one if need be. Repeated, unsolicited, or unwanted PM's for anything are something to report to an Admin, IMO.

Thanks, I appreciate that.  But I really thought there would be no problem because those 15 plus members that left and declared or somewhat declared they were not coming back.  I invite you to go look and search for the comments on Chazhound.  After reading them, my pride and loyalty for this forum increased.

And it is strange because it was a matter of a day or two between when they migrated and the new TOS was thrown out and Amstaffy became Admin.  But the bashing continued after that, I was told.

Oh, I thought the person was my friend so it is hard to take being gossiped about and backstabbed.  But you are right, it is not about me it is about our beloved forum and defending her, even in hard times, standing by her.  There has to be some retribution for gossiping and backstabbing this forum.  There just has to be. 

Snownose, who was the email/pm from?  It is starting to sound like it a different person from the one that made the statement on Chazhound.  I get a lot and don't always get to them.  You know I get about 50 a day just for the rescues.

 maybe people just needed a place to vent about their frustration?. you obviously couldnt do that here under the former regime. if it bothers you this much, just dont read the posts.

i am sure there are plenty of people who dont like me, but i could give a rat's a$$. i certainly dont seek out their posts on other boards just to see them post negative comments about me. 

edit: there have been plenty of negative comments about idog since the change ... right here on idog. and with good reason.
