How can I violate a TOS rule if I cannot read or find the TOS rules? I am in violation of rule 3. Is there a place where I can read these rules or do I just stumble upon them until I have so many I am banned?
I cannot be certain I will not repeat my TOS rule 3 violation unless I know what it is.
Dgriego- I am in agreement with DPU on this issue. You DO have a right to know what you have been called out for, so to help you in the interim, the former rules stated #3 as:
>>Rule 3: Respect your fellow members - it's the issue, not the individual
Debating and discussion is fine. We encourage it. It's how we all learn. However,
respect your fellow members. Different posters are likely to express different
opinions, and while they may differ from yours, everyone is entitled to express
theirs freely. We will not tolerate rudeness, insults or personal attacks. Do not
disrespect, taunt, bother, bug or flame anyone, either on the forum or via private
messages or email.<<
I would hang tight and see what the new forum rules end up being, take a peek at them and see if you are still “technically” in violation of them and if you do not believe that you are, I would pm Amstaffy (Jaime). Jaime I am sure can answer your questions and is quite fair with regards to forum rules and forum moderation.
