Got a response from Pom

OK, having read those posts now I vote that they stay.  They are idiotic and annoying, yes, but I am not sure they are actually rude, and any sensible person is going to see how ridiculous they are.  You (more succinctly than I) told her privately how her behaviour needs to change, and she has not only responded but sent a piece of "anonymous" feedback that was INCREDIBLY rude through the forum feedback email.   There is no "proof" that it's her, but believe me it is. I want to discuss with Jaime and Meghan what to do about her...in the meantime, if she says anything unequivocally rude, she gets edited...but leave the 2 so far in that thread.

my tooth is okay...the procedure itself was nearly painless which was nice. It's supposed to get better with a weeks time or so. YES totally excited. He said her sister who was also shipped arrived afraid and dirty...awww...hopefully she'll do better. But it'll pass and once she's here a few days usually brings them 'round.
