Teens use a pitbull as a "weapon"....

HOW and WHY something like this could possibly occur absolutely baffles me.  Society in general is scaring me in a big way... poor dog, poor ladies and that 15 year old... just completely and utterly horrifying.  The dog will pay for the crime and in the end the idiot teenagers will probably get off without penalty nearly severe enough.  Where are the parents??  And she's ruined her life... for what?!?

     Disgusting.

    this is just so disturbing...

i dont even know what to say...

i hope the kids as well as the parents a punished severely for this...

    Horrible and disgusting.

They are, frankly, in my opinion old enough to be tried as adults.  I'm so pissed, that poor dog and woman.

I can't say what I want to, this being a family friendly forum......Yes, where were the parents??

Yes, often parents do the best they can and the kids still get into trouble, but, if children are taught morals, values and the difference between right and wrong, when they do get into "trouble" its more often than not crimes against property and not against people.

Regardless of where the parents were, it sounds to me like this girl has some serious issues...look at her posse...younger males.....and sadly those won't be addressed in juvie.

This makes me sick.  The only high point I could find is that the authorities seemed to be aware that the dog didn't attack independently, but was "egged" on.  Maybe that will save his life.

That made me sad, and wish more deeply than ever for a way to move deep into the wilds and have nothing to do with current morals in America today.

I'm hoping the same thing. Hopefully they will try to give the dog a second chance and have a way better life that he deserves.

Man if that was my kid I would have told the police they could keep her because coming home to me might not be safe for the girl.

I have no words. This sickens me.

Isn't it just horrific?? It's bad enough to be publicly abusing an animal... but, then to attack two strangers (mature women at that!) for no reason!?  WTH is the world coming to?

Wouldn't you have to conder it sociopathic behavior?

Teens today are scary... not all of them, but my generation (which isn't really that far apart) while we had our own brand of obnoxious, as a general rule we weren't as .... terrifying, no?  Or am I mis-remembering (think graduating mid-late 90's)? Someday these kids will be parents, and that's the scariest part of all.

    That's horrible.

I can't believe how violent and aggressive young girls are becoming. That's scary. The girls in my brothers grade (5th grade, he's 11), are very aggressive towards the boys. When I was in high school, graduated in 2004, small school 500 kids tops, there was SO MANY girl-girl fist fights (in and out of school), I never even saw 2 guys fighting while in school!
