This petition is to close down the business of INSPECTOR CANIN INC., situated in St.Lin des Laurentides,Quebec,Canada.
This business oversees 30 municipalites in Quebec, selling dog licences, picking up lost dogs/cats, operating a multi-breed (mixed breeds included) breeding facility as well as running 3 pet stores, selling puppies & kittens.(complete conflict of interest).
They are also the *law* that will or won't issue permits to legit, responsible breeders !
They have already been found guilty of, among other things, of not returning found animals to their owners, using said animals for breedings, as well as using a gas chamber to euthanise animals... and yet, they continue to operate. :(
Quebec regulations for animal welfare are just so behind the times...this HAS to change !
Please take a minute to read and sign the petition to help close this horrible place down.
We have other GREAT NO-Kill shelters & rescues here in Quebec that are NOT receiving any government funding while this *shelter* ( term used VERY loosely), is raking in the $$'s with municipalitie contracts and animal sales in their 3 stores.
We need 5000 signatures before sending the petition to the Quebec government and can use ALL the help we can get in order to close this place down for good .
Signatures from outside the province or country are VERY WELCOME as well... the Quebec government will be able to see that the *eyes of the WORLD* are watching and waiting to see how they will deal with this !!!
Since I have *seen* how the good vibes from i-doggers have worked in the past, I hope that you will ALL join in to sign.
