We are all about owners not giving up or abandoning their pets.
This family has been waiting for months to have a bit of help getting their
mother reunited with her dog and cat. She worked everything out with the airport
for her move and when she got there they told her they couldn’t accept them on
the flight. Her ticket was non-refundable.
