Just went to the LA City Animal Services website to see what's happening, on the front page there was a clock counting down in how much time left to spay neuter your pets, and also a new link to an ordinance basic info document was added:- http://www.laanimalservices.com/PDF/faq/SN%20ordinance%20basic%20info%20feb%202008.pdf.
