    Just came across

An interesting article I came across.

    taken from :  http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/282/RipOff0282213.htm

Beware of any puppy/dog online store or corporation run by James Schwinn (i.e. AnyPets.com or DogSales.com)

Myself and many included (hundreds of people) have received sick, disease infested, cross-bred, puppy mill dogs (all ironically) from his companies. Thousands of dollars and much debt later James Schwinn and his companies have refused to refund, assist, or take blame.

James Schwinn's websites continue to promise 'lifetime guarantees' and 'quality pure bred puppies' please beware that this is all a lie. This man will do anything to make money. Currently he is going out of his way to find E-Mails of all the victims and is directly harassing and threatening them! Threatening victims? He sure is digging himself a big hole and lawsuit coming.

Customers are not the only complainers. I also know many ex-employees who have contacted me with James Schwinn's new false websites (which is where I get a lot of my information from, thank you loyal ex-employees! I will make sure nothing happens to those of you who have come clean and helped!)

Right now I am researching for the best attorney to help with a class action lawsuit against the company and individual lawsuit against James Schwinn for harassment and failure to comply within business laws. If he continues to harass me through my non-profit organization I will be contacting the federal government and filing another lawsuit. [He really has no idea who he's messing with]

To all the people who have been harassed by this man please report it to your local police station and the attorney general. Don't let this scared business man trick you! Reviews, Ripoff Reports, and Opinions are NOT illegal! He obviously is fraud if a couple people are threatening a nationwide valid corporation! Ha! His actions have scam written all over it.

I would like the Bad Business Bureau, Bureau of Animal Health, State Attorney Generals, and local criminal justice offices to know of this man's name.

I also am reaching out to any lawyers that are interested in this case.

To victims of James Schwinn who have not been in contact with me yet, please do so now.

To all other viewers and readers, this posting is rightfully written. I am entitled to my opinion. All things are true based on all evidence I have been given. Unless every victim of AnyPets is refunded then this company is in fact a scam. Unless James Schwinn rightfully admits to fault then he is nothing but a scam artist. The State Attorney General of Florida has directly confirmed that James Schwinn was in fact president of all executive decisions of AnyPets. Therefore he is directly the source and held accountable for all negative actions of the business.

Please be cautious when purchasing a puppy! Never make an impulse decision when choosing a faithful companion. Never buy online, Never!

Thank you Ripoff Reports & viewers for your time!

It's great that someone is trying to get the word out about people like this.

I do wish that their writing style was a little less, erm "around the world."  That article reads as if a second grader wrote it.

What kind of an idiot would buy from a breeder like that anyway?  Spend big bucks on a purebred dog and not do ANY research on the breeder.  Serves them right.  Cry me a river.

I, too, am a victim of anypets. I purchased a chocolate lab in dec of '06. My 5 year old asked santa for a brown dog named max, (the week before Christmas!) and showed him a picture of a chocolate lab.  With very little time left before Christmas eve, I searched all over southern california for a reputable breeder, but there were no litters available in time. I finally decided to go online. I found any pets and I DID research them. I called the BBB and the attorney gnrl for the state of FL, there were no reports on file that anyone could give me, so with  3 days left, I made the purchase. Unfortunetly, a huge snowstorm hit Kansas, where the breeder was located and I couldnt get him in time. Finally after much pushing, (it felt like giving birth), I finally picked him up from the airport. 5 days later, we were in the hospital with Parvo!!!! $3,000 later I tried to get then to pay for my vet bill, I filed complaints aith both the attny gnrl for the state of FL and CA and my credit card company. No one could help me. To top it off, They never sent me his papers. I would love to help any way I can.
