He did not duck his reponsibility or blather about wanting his dogs back...he did say the cable man left the gate unlocked BUT his face when he was talking about the deceased dog's family....he is really broken up about it. Not your "stereotypical PB owner" the media likes to portray. He made a mistake perhaps by leaving the dogs out back...or maybe they have a dog door...who knows? But anyways...the video is in the corner of the article. ARTICLE.
