Supreme count takes Ohio BSL case.

I have to wonder how accurate the info circulating about this is.  I found the 2007-2008 case list and don't see this case anywhere on it....

I found out some more information.  It has been submitted for review and the petitioner has until Feb 4th to submit some additional lawyer stuff.  So we should know for sure whether it will be heard shortly after that date.  We better hope that the Supreme court accepts the case otherwise the Ohio Supreme court decision will be precedent.

From Ohio, I wrote to them and got a few answers...but none that mean anything.   Most answers saying they will review my letters and get back to me.
