I was glad to hear the news. He should have to do some time for what he did to those poor dogs. Too bad that it's only 23 months.

I would have been happier if he got 23 years... I can't say what I think of the guy, or I'll get really red inked!

To be honest he should be made an example of, by having a stiffer prison time. He should never be able to own another animal as long as he is on this earth.
