Help Needed to Transport Deaf Aussie - VA/MD/NJ Legs

 

Transport is for a ~2 yr old blue merle, neutered male Australian
shepherd named
Tye. Tye is deaf but looks like a "normal" blue merle Aussie. He is
an owner surrender from NC that are going to ARPH in CT. He is
neutered and has had a rabies vaccine.
He will have a collar, leash, and all vet papers with them. His only
known health problem is that he is deaf and heartworm positive and he
has no known behavioral issues. No crate is provided.

There may be a second dog on board.
