• Found Male Border Collie on I-94 in Minnesota Frodo's Mom Posted : 12/7/2009 11:45:59 PM Update - dog has been rehomed! All five humane societies told me they thought he was abandoned. The longer we posted and advertised (extensively and for 2.5 weeks) with no response, the more I had to believe them.  On Christmas Eve, this Lucky dog went to his new home with a young, active family. All is going well, and the family is thrilled!
