My dogs have a three strikes and you are out rule. if either of them were to bite three times intact or otherwise (unless in my defense) I will have them put down. The owners of the two dogs that are responsible for a majority of the bitings ought to be cuffed upside the head.
Not sure I agree that this is the right thing to do either. Seems that most times a dog bite could be avoided....if my dog did bite some one one time...and caught me off guard,,,I would not let that dog get into a position to bite another. Just like the PB laws....seems to me the biting dog is the fault of the owner,,,not the dog....for the most part.
