A moral Dilema

Less trouble for you, and the dog is now safe and happy within your pacl!! I can't believe he has no records, but considering they didn't care enough to go find their dog or keep their dog from wandering the streets, I guess it's to be expected. And congrats to you for saving yet another deserving dog! I'm convinced there's a special place in heaven for people who do rescues...
