One of the best parts of the article. And so true and on point. It is not the dog, it is the humans creating the problem. I don't know if the statistic is still accurate but, nationally, the most reported dog bites were from labs, probably because of their prevalence. That is, any dog can bite, regardless of breed. BSL is about as stupid as instiutionalized racism.
