Is he getting ready to attend Jamison's arranged marriage?  Not many weeks left, has to get that tie fitted!

It's gorgeous here today.  I think that rain on Sunday night did some good.

Paige, I was watching HGTV last night and an older couple was looking for a home in the Hamptons with room to park a 45 ft. motor home and a yard big enough for three dobes - whose names were David, Gracie and Paige.  I thought that was cute. Fingers and paws crossed that a great job pops up for you soon.

I had a dentist appt today (regular cleaning) and had to wait 1/2 hour just to be taken to my room.  But then they gave me $10 to Starbucks for the wait!  I don't drink coffee, but it was nice of them.

It's NOT an arranged marriage ~ Jamison is in LOVE with Red.  And, once Red gets a load of Jamison, she will never, ever want to leave his side - be it on the couch, bed, rug, chair, and all the other myriad places Jamison uses to nap.

Lies, I don't drink coffee, but if you get a double chocolate chip frappacino and ask for it with no coffee in it whatsoever, it tastes sooooooo good!!!!!!

I grind my teeth too and clinch my jaw during sleep.  After years, it can definately wear the teeth down.  I recently got a new night guard that helps tremendously.  It fits over the front six teeth on top, so it doesn't take up my whole mouth.  Its comfortable and the material is a bit more pliable than the older ones.  You should check it out with your dentist.

Cruise pictures coming right away!  I promise! 

Paige I grind and clench too, clench more than grind because I do not have pain/sensitivity, but my jaw pops, clicks, and even locks so I can't open my mouth.  They brought up the acylic bite plate again today but I can't afford it.

I will have health insurance starting 10/1 - YAY! My work offers it for $7 or so a paycheck so I couldn't say no. I got a big packet full of stuff to read over and fill out - BF will have to look it over with me. That kind of stuff confuses me too much! I am SO excited though. Is it weird that I'm this excited...about health insurance?!?!

I got almost all of the laundry and homework done. I just need an elementary age child for my social studies class to interview - I'm thinking about cheating and using BF, LOL. We're not allowed to share the name of the child ANYWAY, soooo it's not like anyone would find out.

I DO have Tiki news...but I will make her her own thread.

haha meg, using your BF doesn't sound too bad!!  When I was in highschool and had to do surveys, I just did them myself lol I think I surveyed everything in my room, from my computer to my bottle of water :D

Congrats on the job offer Paige. Hopefully when things settle down, your teeth grinding will stop. You should consider a mouth guard if it doesn't though. It's hard to undo the damage and if you're doing it in your sleep, you're probably not getting good rest.

There's a young woman (40ish) who works out regularly at our gym. She's in amazing condition and makes my workouts look like a walk in the park. She's also very nice and chats with everyone when she's in there. I initially heard from DH that she was helping her boyfriend build a deck and lost her footing and fell off the back side and broke her back. I asked about her the other day though and now they're saying she's never going to walk again. I was stunned and sad. She's staying with her daughter for now and is quite depressed. We've all offered to help prepare her home for her return and assist her any way we can. I wish there were more we could do for her and I hope she'll be okay.

Hm, Aspen's invite must have gotten lost in the mail.

Actually we have a date on the 4th of October.  It's the opening "gala" for a local group's dog walk to benefit local rescue groups.   A local theater is showing Beverly Hills Chi & we're going to make it like a movie premire (SP?).  There will be a red carpet, photographer & snacks.  I'm looking for a decent evening gown type thing that isn't really expensive & a bow tie for the Peanut.  I think it's going to be fun.

Cathy, I can't believe that a freak slip can cause so much damage. I hope that the woman from your gym makes a miraculousrecovery.

Busy, busy, busy today.

Good news for Brutus. He woke up hungry, & with a major case of "kidney bean dance-itis". The echo revealed that he does not have cardiomyopathy. He does have some "normal" changes in his heart that are likely due to him having heartworms. I was estatic to hear that he is pretty much normal. I was preparing myself for bad news.  We still don't know why he was acting weird yesterday.

I went to my "friend's" arraignment hearing. I must say that my arm, even infected, looks much, MUCH better than that guy's face, & neck.  Bru really chewed him up. He was charged with stalking, two counts of aggravated assault, one count of criminal mischief, one count of criminal trespassing, & two weapons charges. He pled not guilty, & the judge denied bail. I'm pretty happy with this.

 Yep, that's the one.  He's a really nice guy and said the news was hounding him for an interview.  The tail rotor cracked and came apart.

I'm so glad the Brutus is feeling better and that he doesn't have cardiomyopathy.  Give the big sweetie a smooch from me. :)  Good news on the creeps hearing.  Will they contact you if he's released?  That would be good to know. 

Cathy, that is terrible about the woman from the gym.  I can't imagine what that must be like to have your life so suddenly changed.

I'm so glad the creep didn't get bail, Amanda.  And I'm wickedly glad that he got chewed up so good!  I know, I know, gonna burn in hades for feeling that way....pretty sure that I won't be alone!
